Taking your Privacy Seriously

InZhood takes your privacy seriously, and you should know what you are sharing with InZhood. InZhood may track and store your location, your targets and accuracy. InZhood may also record your time and length of play. InZhood may associate play with a specific account that includes, any information provided by you including: Name, address, email and mobile phone number. Business applications that display personal information by aim and click retrieves information ONLY from generally available public information. InZhood may collect information regarding the use of the Application including: GPS location, player performance, and the average session duration. You agree that InZhood may use this information to analyze and improve the Application. InZhood interacts with 3rd party web services such as Google and Microsoft. They receive information from InZhood about your location and while your personal information is not shared with them, they have algorithms that may decipher your true identity. You also agree that the information may be collected by InZhood on behalf by a third party.

While this information is not shared, it is stored "on the cloud". The cloud is generally safer than proprietary data storage, but subject to hacking. In the event of a data breach, it may not be possible to notify you. For questions or comments please email customersupport@inzhood.com.

Protecting the 'Hood

Your data is neither confidential nor anonymous. InZhood does care.

Algorithms exist to deduce your personal data from generically sourced information. This means that even data that has been cleaned of all personally identifiable information can still be traced to the individual (you). You need to take ownership and responsibility for information about yourself. While information about you is being captured everywhere, from voluntarily submitting details, photos etc., to surreptitiously tracking your movement and even your eye motions. We all need to be more aware of what we are giving away for free and what others do with it. Lock down your data, you may be allowing yourself to be exploited.
